Arrival at Kottayam Rly Station transfer to Kumarakom 16 kms. Check in Houseboat. Cruise through Vembanadu Lake. Visit R Block (where paddy is cultivated below sea level) C Block, paddy fields, villages, islands canals, Chavara Church and Aleppey Backwaters. .

After breakfast checkout from Houseboat and proceed to Cherai Beach. 90 kms 1.5hrs. Full day at leisure at beach resort.
